The principle of color changing materials, what are the color changing textile materials? In recent years, with the improvement of consumption levels, everyone's pursuit of beauty has also changed a lot. The color of clothing is becoming more and more strict. According to the requirements of the market, the textile field is also developing rapidly, and a large number of fabrics have appeared.

(1) Photochromic materials
The photochromic material is a functional dye that can change color under the irradiation of ultraviolet light or visible light, and can be inverted to the original color after the light disappears. Photochromic materials mainly include silver chloride, silver bromide, stilbene, spiro, norbornadiene, fulgides, triphenylmethane derivatives, salicylic acid aniline compounds and the like. At present, photochromic materials have been developed to have four basic colors: purple, yellow, blue, and red. The initial structures of the four kinds of optically variable materials are closed-loop type, that is, there is no color on the fabric, and it becomes purple, yellow, blue, and red when exposed to ultraviolet rays.

(2) Thermochromic materials
The reason why the thermochromic material can change color is because the color changing body can cause a change in the internal structure, thereby causing a change in color, and when the temperature is lowered, the color is restored. Compared with photosensitive dyes, there are much more researches on thermal dyes at home and abroad, especially in the application of textile printing, and a series of thermal printing products have been available.

(3) Humidity sensitive color changing materials
The main reason for the discoloration of the moisture-sensitive color-changing material is that the humidity in the air causes the structure of the dye itself to change, so that the absorption spectrum of the visible portion of the sunlight changes, and the environmental humidity has a certain catalytic effect on the discoloration of the color-changing body. The main component of the moisture-sensitive color-changing dye-changing printing paste is a color-changing cobalt double salt, and the color-changing body is firmly adhered to the fabric by an adhesive during application. In order to make the color change sensitive, it is necessary to add a certain sensitizer to help the color changing body to complete the process, and also add a certain coloring body to improve the vividness of the color of the color changing fabric.
